Staff (often short-staffed) were always polite, friendly and helpful. Results of tests could be told to patient more quickly. Apart from care, meals are important for keeping up one's spirits. They break the boredom of the day. It is a great pity that hot dishes arrive cold/lukewarm. Though complaining daily, there has been no improvement. The heating trolley is not hot enough. Surely the system can be improved,

Appointments are easy to arrange and team are organised. Don't always see same consultant so there is lack of consistency. Have to repeat medical history! Need to improve waiting times to under 1 hour. Nurses are compassionate and knowledgeable. C-section date only given a week - needs to be given in advance.
